Content Manager Features

Our content manager is more than just a basic page editor! It allows you to create search-engine friendly, static pages, without using FTP or HTML. The main features include:

Pages

• Pop Up Details - Mouseovers let you see the details of any page, including page status, descriptions and images
• Easy Key - View key features of a page - missing content and meta data, page status, templates, subdirectories - all on the main page list.
• Simple Save - Save a page as you go to continue editing, or save the page and go back to the page list

Images

• Upload Images - No need for external ftp programs! Easily upload images right through the administration area.
• Easy View - See a thumbnail of all images on your site at any time.
• Maintenance - Upload or delete any image on the site via the administration area.
• Auto Remove - When a template is deleted, images not used elsewhere are also removed instantly

Templates

• Integrated Templates - Select one default template per site or a different template for each page
• Maintain Styles - Easily update navigation and general styles and colors through the administration area
• Advanced Styles - Add any template-related styles to be included automatically within the style sheet. No need to FTP style sheets!
• Full Page Editing - Modify not only the main template body, but the page head as well, to allow incorporation of javascripts or styles.

Extras

• PayPal Updates - Create PayPal buy now buttons with a simple pop up utility
• RSS - Choose which pages Check the RSS box and instantly update your RSS feed, without any additional steps. An option to add an RSS button to the site enables visitors to subscribe and get the latest page updates at an instant.
• Sitemap - An optional, integrated XML site map is automated from the pages you've selected, to help search engines find pages more easily. There's no need to know XML or add additional programs; the system creates and updates the sitemap as pages are added.
• Navigation Updates - Easily change any of the page navigation link types (ie. horizontal links, vertical text links, breadcrumb navigation) in an instant. Include bullet images, specific styling or other unique elements.
• Template Uploader - A special uploader allows you to integrate your own web templates in a flash. Upload any HTML or CSS template, including a style sheet and template images, and the system will automatically load the template for you!
• Blocks - Add snippets of text, images, affiliate links, code, etc. as a block. Your clients will be able to select that block and add it to any page or template at the click of a button. It's a great way to add recurring information, terms, or even layout formats.

System Features

• HTML Editor - No need to know HTML! Use the included WYSIWYG editor to add text changes, images, links or other HTML formatting to your pages and templates.
• Smart Phone Accessible - Add an optional button to the site to allow mobile phone users to view content easily on small screens.
• PHP Includes - Add outside scripts by including PHP script pages via the editor. It's easier than ever to integrate other systems!
• Permissions - Set up administrative users, specifying which administrative functions can be accessed by which users.
• Subsite Users - Administrators can be set to access only a certain subset of pages, for easy group blog or site use.
• Instant Backup - Just click a button to generate a backup of all pages and templates for emergencies.
• Brandable - As with all our systems, the administration area is completely brandable; add your own images, style sheets, headers and footers, and incorporate other script pieces if desired.
• Free Trial - All sites receive a free 35 day trial, which you can pass on to your clients if desired or use to test the system on that domain.
• Low Cost - We charge a very small amount for our system so you can charge a fair retail price and still profit.

* True pages require a server that allows ftp methods or php uploading without 777 chmods. Servers without these requirements can still utilize the system with dynamic pages, and in some cases virtual .html pages.
